How to start ReNom TDA GUI

To start ReNom TDA GUI, use renom_tda command.

renom_tda

python -m renom_tda
or
cd ReNomTDA/renom_tda/server
python server.py

Open http://0.0.0.0:8080 in browser.(Except IE)

We can show next page.
In this page, we can show statistic values and histogram of data.

Load csv file

Next we load csv file.

If you install ReNomTDA with pip command, you can load csv files in python_path/lib/python_version/site-packages/renom_tda/server/data directory.

If you install ReNomTDA with source, you can load csv files in ReNomTDA/renom_tda/server/data directory.

In this directory, there is a sample dataset, digit.csv.

In this tutorial, load digit.csv.

Select target columns

Next we select target column.

In this case, set the target column as the target variable.

And go next page.

Visualizing page

Next we can show follow page.

Set parameter

Next, we set parameter to visualize.

Press the upper left gear button, we can show parameter setting modal.

Scatter plot

For example, select PCA, Scatter Plot.

we can show follow scatter plot.

When analysis mode is Scatter Plot, we can visualize point cloud data.

Unsupervised clustering

Next, select PCA, Clustering(unsupervised) and clustering algorithm is K-means.

We can show following.

Supervised clustering

Next, select PCA, Clustering(supervised) and clustering algorithm is K-NearestNeighbor.

We can show following.

In supervised clustering, data are splited in train or test.

We can select ratio of train data and train data was colored by transparent color.

Next, select PCA, TDA and colored by target.

Search data

Next we seach data in topology.

We can select search type("and" , "or"), data type("number", "text"), column, operation("=", ">", "<").

For example, search target = 0 or target > 8 data in topology.

We can show follow result.

Next we export data.

We can show node detail.

Pressing the export button outputs the selected data to csv.
